Tickets are available for pre-purchase for $20 from the Secretaries Office and in Devonport at Mystique, De Cuba, Bliss Boutique, Torque Gear for Guys and in Ulverstone at Maveric Clothing, Ulverstone Shoe Centre, in Burnie at The Advocate, Sugar Boutique & Cloverlea Nursery.
Gates Open at 9.00 am
Food and Beverage is for sale from the various outlets on course on the day at normal prices.

Patrons may also bring their own food and picnic hampers.
It is not permitted to erect structures on the lawn such as pergolas, large umbrellas or mini marquees.
Designated picnic spaces areas are available. These are the only areas that will provide for the erection of structures of any kind. These may be booked by contacting the Secretary of the Devonport Racing Club 64272070
These range in price from $250-$450 (Members discount of $50 applies)
Seats in the Terrace Marquee are available at $240 per person
Includes entry to course, all food and beverage and a race book
This year we hope that all parking will be in the centre of the track, please follow instructions traffic control staff.

2012 Alcohol Policy: Unless you have a pre-booked marquee
site you
cannot bring alcohol to the event. The entire course is a
licensed area,
so responsible serving rules apply to the entire venue.
You will require
a marquee (yellow) wristband to be allowed to bring
alcohol to your marquee.
There are no pass-outs on the day.
